RETURN OF MATERIAL<\/strong><\/p>

We remind you that you have 30 days from receipt of the package to the return. The goods can only be returned within 30 days after receiving the package, and will be accepted only items undamaged, unused and in the original packaging ..<\/p>

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the prescribed herein, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the returned product (excluding shipping charges or any extra charges incurred by us )<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal you will need to inform us by e-mail and, simultaneously, return the product within the terms stated above.<\/p>

Under no circumstances will be refunded the cost of returning the item.<\/p>

Items must be returned in conditions of substantial integrity.<\/p>

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the items sent. Refund will be made after a few days from your return (we will send you an email when we receive the package).<\/p>

Pursuant to the law, we can make replacements under warranty if they be defective in conformity with the contract of purchase. We can replace your product just based on what you ordered, and you are required to return the product , within 30 calendar days from the date on which you received it.<\/p>
