HYDARULIC PRESS

Description

The Hydraulic Press is used by the dental technician to mould mobileprosthesis, through the compression of the resin inside the muffle.
The hydraulic press “GD” is able to clamp up to 3 muffles and reach a maximum pressure of 400 bars, exerting on the muffles a force of 15000 Kg (150.000 N).
This is an excessive pressure and in order not to damage the muffles, the workingpressure should be limited to 200 bar.
The press features a manual pump operated directly by the user through a lever.
The strength operated on the lever is proportioned to the inner pressure, therefore with an increasing pressure the strength used by the operator must increase as well.
This is to avoid reaching too high pressures which could damage the machine.
The oil-pressure circuit is fully airtight and doesn’t need any maintenance.
