Description

This furnace is suitable for all types of ceramics.
The furnace is supplied with electronic vacuum control, a large LCD display and it has 100 free programmes and features a quartz chamber, which enables it to obtain a complete and perfect firing process, thanks to the “Infrared rays”.
Zeus 4 is the last generation furnace, designed and manufactured to obtain the best outcome with all types of dental ceramics.
The technician can set up to 15 functions (variables) per programme which optimize the firing cycle of all types of ceramic.
Zeus 4 manages the vacuum at its best, that is, one can set the desired vacuum level and the pump stays On only for the time needed to obtain the pre-set vacuum and turns itself On again only to reset the vacuum level if there are drops happening during the firing cycle.
It is also possible to set the speed of the raising plate, the display brightness, the sound signal mode and the position of the plate during the cooling phase.
The furnace can perform with any type of pump and it is supplied with a protective electric valve which prevents the oil from re-entering in case of an oil pump.
The electronic control is managed by a very powerful microprocessor,and software updates or corrections can be installed directly by the operator.
